**Senior Remote Consultant**

Location: UK, Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

**Summary**

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant that supports customers, internal staff, and partners both during their implementations and for the post-implementation experience. Job duties include augmenting the OneStream administrator experience post go-live, partner support, internal support, build and provide custom solution-based support, and enabling remote consulting support new hires. This challenging role requires an individual who is open to stepping in to assist in various ways. Whether it be to handle a technical escalation within the team or help support initiatives across the organization. This senior position will prove to be rewarding for these team players.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Lead Application Reviews or Strategic Technical Projects
- Lead medium-large sized projects by managing tasks including, but not limited to:

- Scoping and writing out elements for Statement of Work (SOW)
- Building calculations through member formulas and business rules
- Building reports, custom dashboards, and custom event processes
- Create and manage project plans and project budgets
- Handle ticket escalations from other AAS team members.
- Create Knowledge Base documents to develop best practices.
- Review and approve Knowledge Base documents submitted by AAS team members.
- Submit enhancement requests and bugs on behalf of the customer and/or partner via defined processes.
- Work with the Development teams (Platform and MarketPlace) to test software enhancements and new functionality.
- Help assist the UAT of future OneStream software releases and custom AAS solutions.
- Track tasks accomplished, time spent, and milestones completed using OneStream tools.
- Effectively communicate throughout the lifecycle of an open ticket/issue with customer.
- Help build and test content for Trainings (lunch and learns, internal trainings, etc.), Events and Conferences.

**Formal Education and Certification**
- Degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience.

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Minimum 5 years of full-time accounting/finance/technology experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience with SQL, VB.Net, C#, or similar coding experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience consulting for software implementations or development
- Minimum 2 years OneStream XF Experience
- Understanding, analyzing, and articulating common business processes and decisions to develop easy-to-use customer solutions
- Financial Skills (in-depth understanding of financial concepts, intercompany eliminations, General Ledgers, debits, credits, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot with little supervision
- Ability to manage project deliverables and complete multiple tasks on time with specific requirements
- Ability to effectively operate independently or in a team environment
- Outstanding MS Office skills, specifically with Excel

**Desirable**
- A professional accounting designation (e.g. CPA, CMA, CGA, CA), advanced degrees (MBA, MFA), and/or other professional designations or certifications (applicable to accounting/finance and information technology)
- Experience with VB.net or Visual Basic. Any object-oriented programing a plus.
- Prior experience with any of the following products is a plus:

- SAP Outlooksoft BPC
- SAP BOFC (Cartesis)
- HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)
- FDM (Financial Data Quality Management) or UpStream
- Hyperion Planning
- Hyperion Essbase
- IBM Cognos
- Or other EPM solutions.

- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
