The role

TCS is looking for an experienced individual with a strong consulting / advisory background and preferably with some industry experience. Someone who has a passion for staying current with the CFO agenda, evangelising with customers, and connecting the dots between financial outcomes and technology.

You would be responsible for the cross-industry engagement that in turn, will lead to sales from the CFO community in the UK and Ireland.

Key responsibilities:

  • Help increasing revenue, new wins, and expansion of the CFO channel in existing and new accounts
  • Help clients adopt a digital transformation mindset as they work to build scale and transform the enterprise
  • Accountable for delivering industry performance, growth, and integration with the TCS sales, marketing, and service practice teams
  • Act as the engagement owner to drive coordination across services, product marketing, sales, customer experience, analysts and advisors
  • Design, deliver, and execute a strategy for generating demand across the CFO community in the market
  • Collaborate with TCS Business unit sales, product, and customer success teams for value-based selling and create re-useable assets and artefacts that can be used across automation programmes from a selling and delivery perspective
  • Contribute to solutions required in proposals, including the assumption of a bid-specific role that may vary from bid to bid
  • Drive thought leadership through speaking engagements, analyst forums, whitepapers, point of view content, and regular social media contributions (blog posts)

Your Profile

  • You have expertise in working with CFOs and their leadership teams and a deep understanding and appreciation of their priorities
  • You have deep understanding of the Finance function and business acumen, ideally from hands-on industry experience in finance roles.
  • Strong executive presence to establish credibility and engage with CFOs to drive an transformation point of view, share thought leadership, and help deliver transformation
  • Identification of key partner integrations and solutions to exponentially improve the value of a solution proposal
  • You take initiative, are a self-starter, resilient, comfortable with constant change and ambiguity
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally, as required and when external conditions permit
  • Qualified Accountant or MBA Finance or other similar background
