As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for digital trends, data-driven decision-making, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Digital Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Content Creation: Create and optimise compelling content for various digital platforms, including website, social media, email, and other relevant channels.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, including content planning, posting, monitoring, and engagement.
SEO Optimisation : Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO optimisation to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Paid Advertising : Implement and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc., Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to continuously improve and innovate.

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role within the consultancy industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools.
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, WordPress, Canva, Adobe, Lead generation, marketing campaigns & strategies, Indesign and analytics.
Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
Certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
