As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a skilled Workshop Engineer to strengthen our service team. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of plant machinery, including excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment Carry out preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing in line with manufacturer guidelines Perform inspections, fault-finding, and diagnostics using advanced tools and technology Ensure all repairs and maintenance work are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards Work collaboratively with the field service team and support the workshop manager in daily operations Maintain accurate records of work carried out, including parts used and job completion times Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to within the workshop environment Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience as a Workshop Engineer or similar role, ideally within the plant machinery or heavy equipment industry Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery Ability to read and interpret technical manuals Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team Relevant industry qualification What's On Offer?
