In this role, you will be using the onsite facilities to train and coach Engineers at the beginning of their careers through their Level 3 qualifications with a mix of classroom and workshop teaching. The ideal candidate for this role will be a time served Electrical Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing environment, preferably with a Level 3 qualification or relevant apprenticeship but this is not essential. Experience with some training is advantageous but not essential. The successful candidate will need to pass an Enhanced DBS.

Monday to Friday (8:30am-4:30pm)
Background in Electrical Maintenance, manufacturing environment
Preferred relevant Level 3 qualification or apprenticeship
Training experience not required but is advantageous
