This forward-thinking and progressive company have a fantastic opportunity for a HUB LEADER in SERVICE DELIVERY to join their newly established team at the new office in Watford.
You will work with a prestigious customer base in a wide range of sectors including; pharmaceuticals, petrochemical, telecoms, education, IT, retail, healthcare & local authorities.

In addition to the service co-coordinator responsibilities the hub leader is expected to oversee the effective performance of your hub team to achieve the following key objectives:
Successful financial performance on your designated contracts – through commercial awareness and efficient planning by the team
Key Account management resulting in customer satisfaction through successful delivery of contracts
Dispute/complaint resolution
Identifying any performance issues or training needs of the hub staff and working with Hub Manager to achieve positive outcome
Conduct reviews with hub staff
Contribute to Planning Meetings
Manage the asset registers
you will have a minimum 3 years previous experience with a proven track record working in a Hub leader role/ service management role, preferably Facilities Management
IT skills including Microsoft Excel. The ability to transition between multiple inhouse systems and client portals (following training)
