To continue delivering exceptional service, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Delivery Director to oversee their team of engineers across the UK.
Role Overview:
As the Service Delivery Director, you will be responsible for managing a distributed team of engineers who provide on-site and remote support for EPOS systems. This is a strategic role focusing on ensuring high standards of service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You'll collaborate closely with other senior leaders to drive process improvements, optimize resources, and maintain a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers located across the UK, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement service delivery strategies that align with company objectives and customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery processes, leveraging your background with EPOS systems to inform best practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior service delivery or operations role, preferably in the technology or EPOS industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a remote team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Willingness to travel across the UK as needed to meet with the team and clients.
