Job Description People and Academy Operations Lead

As an SME experiencing rapid growth we are in need of a People & Academy Operations Lead to join our team and help take us through our next growth plans.

Position Overview: As People and Academy Operations Lead, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including recruitment, onboarding, wellbeing, ongoing pastoral people support and career development. You will ensure that our people have all the support and care they need to thrive, throughout our training programmes and when working with our clients.
Recruitment: Wellbeing and People Support : Being a day-to-day contact for wellbeing and general people support; develop and implement wellbeing programmes to support the needs of employees
Ongoing Learning and training support : Assisting in supporting and directing people towards learning and training to support them in their roles
1-2-1s and Performance : assist with 1-2-1s and performance management processes; Oversee the administration, systems, and documentation processes for our academy and people operations.
Other operations support work: providing support for other operations activities, for example, organising events and associate travel / accommodation organisation
Experience in technology early careers programmes / training support – apprenticeships, skills bootcamps etc.
Experience in hiring processes and / or HR or wellbeing roles
Knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and performance management processes
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
