Your future employer is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join the growing business, to add support to the Portsmouth and Southampton area. They offer a competitive package of £30k-£35k basic salary, plus overtime, as well as a company vehicle, generous holidays and more. This is an excellent business that provides repairs and services to traditional / barista coffee machines, so previous experience working on similar equipment is essential.
Duties of the coffee machine engineer:

Working on a range of traditional / barista coffee machines
Carrying out machine repairs, services and installations
Carrying out fault finding and diagnostics
Carrying out planned maintenance
Work closely with the technical manager
Covering a local area, and occasionally travelling to further jobs
Provide excellent customer service
Liaise with the service team for reactive calls
Previous experience of the coffee machine engineer:

~2 years’ engineering experience on traditional coffee machines
~ Strong communication skills
~ A strong understanding of electrical and plumbing works
~ Previous fault-finding skills (use of a multimemeter)
~ Full, clean UK drivers licence

Due to the nature of the position and the generous package on offer, previous engineering experience on coffee machines is essential for this role.
