Join Diligenta as a Complaint Handler and become an integral part of our exceptional customer service delivery. Representing our brand, you'll ensure every customer feels relieved or satisfied after their call .

With multiple positions available due to our growing partnership with Phoenix, you'll enjoy flexible working hours with no evening or weekend shifts. Located at Lynch Wood, with free on-site parking and excellent transport links, we offer flexibility to suit your work-life balance. A successful complaint handler is compassionate and caring , coupled with a strong ambition for career development .

Strong customer service experience is required .
