Elevation HR is excited to be partnered with a global manufacturing and distribution company who are recruiting for a UK People and Culture Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis based in Rotherham.

This is a brand new role which truly reflects the organic growth and success of this fast-evolving business and will operate as part of the support and delivery for the HR team whilst reporting into the People and Culture Manager.

This is a fully generalist role dealing with the transactional side of HR including:

  1. Managing the full employee life cycle including onboarding and offboarding experience for all employees;
  2. Role Offers, obtaining right to work documentation, acknowledging resignation letters;
  3. Liaising with the Finance Department of new starters and leavers;
  4. End-to-end recruitment practice including preparing and placing adverts, job descriptions, and interview scripts;
  5. Coaching and supporting line managers in interviews through to offer stage, providing a proactive service to hiring managers;
  6. To support in the development of HR-related processes and procedures providing advice and support to all stakeholders;
  7. Completion of monthly People & Culture reports;
  8. Maintaining a good working knowledge of current employment law and case law.
