EXECUTIVE MANAGER - POPULATION & FAMILY HEALTH
To provide leadership and coordination, and to oversee and manage the Population and Healthy Communities program areas and functions of NDoH compliant to all prescribed policies, standards, laws and regulations.
Executive Manager Population and Healthy Communities Services is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and general oversight of all personnel and operations under each of the branches under the division that includes:

- Family & Maternal Health Services Branch
- Population Health Services Branch
- Health Promotion Services Branch
- Health Protection Services Branch
Responsible for the overarching implementation and execution of the National Health Department Budget, ensuring compliance to the Public Health Act and regulations, Food and Sanitation Act, Public Finance Management Act, Public Service Management Act, Medical Registration Act, and other related mandatory Acts & Regulations.
Overall Management of over a million-kina budget for the Department of Health and the sector that is channel through NDoH for programs.
Ensure regulatory compliance and mandatory reporting to the government by key stakeholders.
Provide high level technical support to Secretary, Minister, Health sector agencies, and Government and other partners when required.
Ensure effective and quality reporting to meet international obligations by government.
Executive Manager - P&HC Division is accountable to the Secretary through the Deputy Secretary- National Public Health Services for developing, implementing, and reporting on all 4 program functions and responsibilities under his/her leadership including new reforms.
Executive Manager Population and Healthy Communities is accountable and responsible for leading and providing subordinate managers with unambiguous direction on the standards of behavior, conduct and performance, including divisional capacity and staff development, and assets management.
