As a Mechanical Piping and Water Systems Engineer, you will join the team in  Derby/Warrington  to support our activities within the Energy (Nuclear)  sector. 
Design and engineer specifications for equipment such as pumps, pipelines, and filters for various applications within the Energy (Nuclear) sector.
Conduct hands-on calculations, particularly in pressure drop analysis, to ensure optimal performance of mechanical systems.
Develop and review P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) for wastewater and compressed air systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Support the full project lifecycle from concept development and requirements gathering to verification and validation.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure project success.
Experienced Engineer with a background in Mechanical Piping and Water Systems or Chemical Process Engineering.
An Engineer who is an expert in understanding, designing, and configuring industrial fluid systems.
Passionate about engineering 
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
~3-5 years of experience as an Engineer involved with mechanical piping, water systems, or chemical process engineering.
~ Experience with Nuclear systems is advantageous.
Proficiency in applying theories of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics and hydraulics engineering principles 
Strong comprehension of design documentation for industrial fluid systems with the ability to share and convey this knowledge.
An effective and thorough communicator with leadership qualities.
Position based in Derby or Warrington, with a very flexible schedule requiring occasional on-site presence.
