Job Description
Responsibilities
- In charge of overseeing the business, including profit and loss management
- Establish comprehensive objectives aimed at fostering profitable and sustainable growth.
- Develop business plans and devise strategies accordingly.
- Translate strategic objectives into tangible actions by creating execution plans with measurable goals that are disseminated throughout the organization for effective implementation.
- Guide commercial and functional teams in conducting business operations ethically and efficiently. Provide necessary guidance, tools, and support to ensure team members meet company targets.
- Monitor sales and operational performance closely, analyze data, and take timely measures to ensure goal attainment. Explore and pursue new business opportunities and channels for expansion.
- Cultivate talent and foster a high-performing team.
- Facilitate effective recruitment processes, streamline onboarding procedures for new hires, and implement programs for their development and retention.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Have been in executive leadership roles for more than 8 years with a background in Sales
- Experience in doing business / Sales in Europe or Australia is a plus
- Experience in Packaging, Plastic, Labeling, and paper Manufacturing Industries
- Overseeing BUs with revenues surpassing 25 Million GBP with FMCG Connections
- Technical background is a plus
- Proficient in logical reasoning, possessing robust interpersonal abilities, and demonstrating effective leadership qualities.
- Capable of swiftly diagnosing issues, anticipating potential challenges, and adeptly resolving problems.
- Well-versed in the regulations and compliance standards essential for business operations.
