Responsibilities

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Have been in executive leadership roles for more than 8 years with a background in Sales
  • Experience in doing business / Sales in Europe or Australia is a plus
  • Experience in Packaging, Plastic, Labeling, and paper Manufacturing Industries
  • Overseeing BUs with revenues surpassing 25 Million GBP with FMCG Connections
  • Technical background is a plus
  • Proficient in logical reasoning, possessing robust interpersonal abilities, and demonstrating effective leadership qualities.
  • Capable of swiftly diagnosing issues, anticipating potential challenges, and adeptly resolving problems.
  • Well-versed in the regulations and compliance standards essential for business operations.
