I am looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to support the Head of IT Infrastructure in delivering stability, security and fast performance across our technology infrastructure.
The post holder will assist in the management and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal up me and reliability of our SaaS solutions, which is used by customers globally.
The post holder will deliver IT projects and best practices, aligning with the company's overall objectives, ultimately providing high quality customer experiences and fostering business growth.
You will respond to Infrastructure Incidents (such as outages, network problems, cyber threats, capacity and performance issues, etc.) to forestall and resolve the issue, then improve knowledge, documentation, procedures and systems to safeguard the company's data and infrastructure.
My client are moving some or more of our infrastructure assets to the cloud in particular Azure, so experience of Azure is required.
Extensive experience in managing on-premise IT infrastructure, including Windows Hyper-V, HPE ProLiant, Alletra and Nimble SANs, preferably in a SaaS selling.
Strong understanding of IT security, with experience in maintaining secure IT environments and achieving accreditation.
