PMO capabilities such as risk & issue management, project planning, scheduling, and monitoring, reporting, governance, requirements capture & management etc., Project management and Project Controls experience within projects and major programmes.
Experience of practical application of structured, waterfall and agile methodologies (e.g. APM PMQ, PRINCE2, SAFe, MSP, DSDM, Scrum), recognising what levels of governance are appropriate in each situation.
An understanding of Agile project delivery, with experience using a variety of supporting tools and techniques (e.g., Planning Increments, SCRUM, Kanban, JIRA, Lean Start Up, Value Proposition Canvas etc.).
A proactive attitude to learning from your peers and willingness to support junior members of the team technically, whilst being a role model in softer skills.
Passionate about continuous improvement - identify opportunities to improve project execution.
