We are seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in London. This role is pivotal in bridging our marketing initiatives and trade partner engagement - and telling our brand and product story to the travel trade in our global markets.

The Trade Marketing Manager will be the voice of B2B within the global marketing function – driving the B2B agenda and ensuring that trade needs are reflected and delivered within the global marketing strategy and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies in collaboration with the trade engagement team to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and market penetration to drive sales.
  • Work closely with marketing managers across our key markets to develop and implement effective trade promotions and campaigns as part of a cohesive campaign strategy for our B2C marketing campaigns and seasonal/product launches.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales tools and materials, such as brochures, presentations, and product training guides. Provide ongoing support to ensure the sales team is equipped to effectively sell the company's products and services.
  • Work closely with the Ecom and Content teams to develop and maintain trade engagement materials for use in our B2B Portal.
  • Translate Market/consumer/brand tracking intelligence into a trade marketing focus – bringing data led insights into trade marketing and materials for trade partners.
  • Oversee and share best practice in all markets around key trade-facing initiatives such as execution of the destination-led strategy.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in trade marketing.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, workshops, and other events to promote the company and build strong relationships with trade partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management and market leads and making data-driven recommendations for future strategies.

Experience required :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • B2B sales or marketing experience in a global business – travel industry an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Ability to work flexibly across time zones to give an equal focus across our markets
  • Fluent German or French an advantage.
