As a Quality Systems Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, review, and development of the facility's food safety, quality, and regulatory systems, including GFSI/BRC facility accreditation criteria and customer requirements. During your first few weeks in this Quality Systems Manager role, you can expect to take on some of the following:
Ensure risk assessments and non-conformances are fully documented and reported as appropriate to maintain control and compliance with quality systems
Manage an internal audit schedule based on risk assessment and accompanying reports, including corrective action
To apply for this Quality Systems Manager role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:
Technical, legal, food process technology, and food industry knowledge/experience
Qualified HACCP practitioner, HACCP training (Level 3 or above)
Basic understanding of microbiology and the potential consequences to food safety and quality with an awareness of key pathogens relevant to the site
