In 2024, we’ll be launching across the EU, following our successful launch in Sweden and our new office launching in Budapest. In the UK, we now have over 1.6m registered users, offering a range of products like the Freetrade Pension, a stocks and shares ISA, and our premium plan, Freetrade Plus.

You would be responsible for Securities lending, Train members of the team and managing tasks related to securities lending while also working on improving the growth of this initiative.

  • Be responsible for Collateral Coverage
  • Loan/Recall/Return Failed trades
  • All Collateral Schedule Changes
  • SFTR Reporting
  • Revenue Capture
  • Lending Performance
  • Borrower Credit Risk
  • Working with our Lending agent and creating a good working relationship
You have...
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in securities lending, financial services, or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing securities lending transactions
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with regulatory requirements and compliance related to securities lending
  • Ability to work with large datasets, using tools such as Excel, SQL, or other data analysis software to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies that optimize securities lending operations and enhance returns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies
  • Capability to lead initiatives, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the overall growth and development of the securities lending business

The application process consists of a 4 stage process. You will initially have a call with one of our internal Talent Specialists and after that meeting the Hiring Manager for the role. Followed by a Culture Values Interview to check on your culture fit. Closing the process with an Executive Interview with our Founder.
