About the role We’re looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to join our Global Sales Team. This is a cross territory role working across the Nordics, Benelux and Dach regions. You will be key in executing a sales strategy that focuses on acquiring and retaining clients in our Virtual Production, Immersive Experience and Corporate verticals across the region.

You have a track record in sales and you’ll be passionate, tenacious, dynamic, self-motivated, and keen to develop.

Above all else, you’ll work with the Disguise Sales Team to show the incredible potential of the disguise ecosystem: the platform for creatives and technologists to imagine, create and deliver spectacular visual experiences.

What you will do

In this role, you will :

  • Execute sales strategy that focuses on acquiring and retaining clients in our Virtual Production, Immersive Experience and Corporate verticals across the UK and Ireland.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within corporate organisations, establishing trust and credibility and identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Work to individual and team targets, as well as focused KPIs.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, inside sales, and finance to ensure programs align with company goals and objectives.
  • Produce accurate forecasts for sales of products and services monthly.
  • Balance outbound prospecting for new business with key account management of existing clients.
  • Identifying new opportunities for revenue generation, and effectively leveraging cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Working with our direct partner network to increase disguise’s presence in the UK.
  • Track and follow up on all sales leads generated from all sources for the territory.
  • Organise demos and technical pre-sales and post-sales activity using the Technical Solutions team.
  • Work with the Sales Admin to process quotes, orders, invoicing and delivery of goods to customers.
  • Manage expense budgets to control expenditures.
  • Work with the EMEA Sales Director to plan, resolve issues and ensure good communication across the team.
  • Work with the marketing team & HOD to generate interest and knowledge of the brand across the UK and Ireland.
  • Maintain a “customer champion” outlook.
  • Strong knowledge of direct sales and reselling networks in previously sales roles.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in managed regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.

Experience we are looking for

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience selling hardware and/or software solutions into the AV industries but we will consider anyone with strong sales experience. This role covers a variety of verticals so we appreciate one candidate wont fit all BUT we are particularly interested in anyone who has sold / has existing relationships across Corporate AV, Immersive Experiences (Museums, Theme Parks ect) or has any experience of sales into the film and tv industries.

  • Track record of producing results and hitting targets
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Sales
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience of Account Management
  • Experience of Enterprise selling
  • Experience working in a CRM system
