As our Chief Operating Officer, you will be a crucial part of the management team and responsible for scaling Medbelle’s core business. Have a keen eye on process and performance optimisation and focus on streamlining both sales and operations processes to increase efficiency
Take responsibility for building robust sales strategies. Establish metrics and targets, aligning them with our long-term objectives
You have experience with scaling up companies, ideally in a Venture Capital or Private Equity environment
You have excellent analytical acumen, with the ability to understand data and translate it into understandable action points
Your communication and interpersonal skills are outstanding, and you have a knack for building strong stakeholder relationships
You have experienced high-performance organisations before and are adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment
