Head of Ecommerce
Our client is a much loved, high growth D2C lifestyle brand. They are now looking for a Head of E-commerce to take ownership of their sales platforms and drive online customer experience. The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues in digital and brand to build a best in class online experience.

Develop and deliver a comprehensive ecommerce strategy which integrates with the wider marketing strategy


~ Take ownership for the optimisation of customer journeys to maximise conversion rates, creating a cohesive user experience


~ Own and manage the ecommerce platform with a keen eye on conversion, functionality and UX.


~ Manage internal teams and 3rd party agencies to get the best out of the website and tech platforms


~ Analyse customer journey data and make recommendations based on insight


~ Own testing programmes across the website to increase conversion


~ Lead conversion projects with the support of 3rd party agencies


~ Manage, grow and develop the ecommerce team, creating a culture of high performance and continuous improvement


~ Report regularly on ecommerce metrics to senior management.


Proven experience in a senior ecommerce role in a fast paced and high growth environment
A data minded person who is able to translate complex information for relevant audiences
