Contract Type: Temp to perm
Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Do you have the skills and expertise to engage students with complex needs, including Autism? We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic SEND Teacher to start immediately on a temp to perm contract . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of a variety of SEND needs, including complex needs and Autism, and will be adept at creating a bespoke curriculum to meet the diverse learning requirements of each student.
Utilize a range of teaching strategies and resources to engage students with Autism and foster a positive learning environment.
* Collaborate closely with other educators, support staff, and external professionals to develop comprehensive support plans and interventions for students with complex needs.
* Monitor student progress closely, regularly assessing learning outcomes and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly to maximize academic achievement and personal development.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (QTLS).
* Comprehensive understanding of a variety of SEND needs, including complex and Autism, and the ability to adapt teaching approaches accordingly.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for inclusive education.
