You must be able to evidence the following

· Track record of delivering growth in a recruitment business.

· Success in developing employees and clients relationships.

· Very high professional standards.

· Commercial awareness - cost v value

· Leadership skills

· Strong self awareness

· Experience and/or awareness of P/L and the actual cost of running a recruitment company.

· You will not be looking for a job but instead an opportunity to build a future for yourself.
