We are excited to be partnered with an established market leader in the kitchen makeover and refurbishment industry.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be the link between the franchise business owners and the Head office. The main duties will include continued growth and business development of both the Franchisees and the Franchise Network, working alongside a team of BDMs assisting in the day-to-day business development and management of the Franchisee.

The role includes analysing the sales processes and financial performance of the business to advise, motivate and train franchise owners and their staff to grow their business involving; monitoring KPIs, producing accurate and insightful reports and ensuring timely and accurate submission of these reports and information to the wider business.

This Business Development Manager will manage a portfolio of their own Franchisees and be required to support them throughout training, getting started and growing/developing a successful business in their local area.

Analysis and understanding of the Franchisee’s profit and margins.
• Identifying blockages to business growth.
• Developing a strategy to achieve business growth and increased profitability.
• Monitoring and ensuring plans are then followed.
• Achieving maximum profitability by working with their business to maximise efficiency.
• Setting, developing and monitoring sales, growth and customer service in accordance with Franchise Model.
• Performance monitoring and supporting start up and development.
• Liaising and coordinating with the new Franchisee, Head Office and suppliers to achieve the following:
• Overseeing & assisting with setting up their new business.
• Attending all required induction training.
• Making arrangements for business vehicles, e.g., a van.
• Training and mentoring.
• Providing training and support on site and as required at Head Office.
• Supporting field training requirements.
• Working and setting business plans.
• Helping to prepare & accompanying Franchisees for appointments with prospective customers.
• Providing training on in-house systems such as the CRM system to promote efficiency and productivity.
• Sharing best practice and contributing to continuous improvement throughout the business.
• Providing updated reports to Senior Management and highlighting any areas of concern.
• Positively promoting company policies and good practice.
• 3+ Years in sales/ BD is essential
~ RTW in the UK and Full UK Driving Licence is required
~ P&L experience and understanding of finance metrics of running a business.
~ Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages, specifically, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint.
~ Demonstrable business experience and commercial acumen.
~ Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and react promptly to potential problems.
Must be able to deal with people at all levels of seniority flexible in approach

23 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays.
