Sales and Operations Manager - About the role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales and Operations Manager to oversee our aggregate sales yard and drive the sales of our volumetric concrete and grab lorry services. If you excel in both sales and operational management and are passionate about the construction materials industry, this role is for you
Sales Management:
o Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
o Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
o Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Operations Management:
o Oversee the daily operations of the aggregate sales yard, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
o Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation.
o Provide expert advice on products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
Proven experience in sales and operations management, ideally within the construction materials industry.
• Valid driving licence and ability to operate yard equipment when necessary.
