Job Description Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • The role will concentrate on businesses, clients, and networking within the South Yorkshire area, developing new campaign ideas, demonstrating great account management skills, and be motivated by building new relationships with local organisations that will help to drive fundraising and sales to the station.
  • Promoting the station across the region and become an ambassador for the brand, seeking new business opportunities and creating campaigns to meet the customers objectives.
  • You will work with the production team to implement campaign ideas.
  • Key Measure of Success.
  • Work with the local social enterprise exchange and attend local networking meetings, including researching and looking at new funding bids and opportunities for the business that can help strengthen and grow our organisation and increase its long-term sustainability.

Job Type: Full Time/Part Time - 1 Year Contract Hours of Work: 34 hours per week. Flexibility: Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm (due to the nature of the role) Annual Leave: 25 days + public and bank holidays. Where is this based?Rotherham / Sheffield / South Yorkshire Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is £21,500 per annum. You will also get an enhanced annual leave package of 25 days per year plus public and bank holidays. This role is also subject to uncapped commission based on performance. The initial contract will be subject to passing a probationary period. Contract extensions beyond the initial 1 year period based on performance.
