Junior and Senior Creative Producer/Project Managers
Full Time – mix of working in the office and from home, min. 3 days in the office
Reports to – Project Delivery Director
This is an exciting role within our growing Catch A Fire team. We are looking for super talented Creative Producer/Project Managers to join our team, at both a junior and senior level, to bring some real experience, ambition and potential into the agency. Catch A Fire – Who we are:

Key roles within Catch A Fire, our Creative Producer/Project Managers will manage projects across the agency – be a go to person to lead the planning and production of creative campaigns and projects. Broad industry experience gained 3 - 5+ years as a creative producer, project manager or similar project management-led role in a fast-paced creative environment
Experience running shoots for stills and video both at home and abroad. Travel is an essential part of this role
Experience of overseeing production process and planning from briefing through to post-production for multiple projects at a time
Confidently able to organise and manage timelines, schedules, resource requirements, briefings, creative reviews, pre-production meetings and wrap-ups
Demonstrates understanding of project financials – revenue, margin etc and is able to plan / manage complex projects within them
Ensuring project budgets and cost estimates are quoted efficiently, are consistently tracked and flagging any issues and reconciliation when needed
Drives the budget handling on the project, knowing at all times, what the status of a project is and what’s required to keep it on track
Have a meticulous eye for detail and require a high level of quality
Naturally innovative and aways curious, able to see the bigger picture and drive transformation
A starting holiday allowance of 22 days plus Bank Holidays, with an additional day’s leave per year up to 25 days (based on full time allowance)
An agency shut down between Christmas and New Year (equivalent to 3 additional days paid leave for full-time staff)
A day off for your birthday (or the nearest Monday or Friday if it falls on a weekend)
