Overview of Warehouse Administrator role:

To ensure all administration queries, from all areas of the business, are dealt with in a timely fashion. You will be working closely with our pallet supplier CHEP. Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, you will perform general administration tasks for the factory department:

What are your daily tasks as an Administrator at Refresco, Bridgwater?

  • Checking invoices and raising POs
  • Recording accurately and systematically through our systems.
  • Checking orders and amending where needed.
  • Support management with tasks and administration
  • Liasing with central team for approvals
  • Experience as an administrator ideally within a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
  • Must be computer literate
  • Good with Microsoft packages – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Ideally, you will have experience in an administration role or have demonstrated a strong ability to perform administrative tasks.
