**Warehouse Administrator - Bridgwater, Somerset, TA6**

**Mon - Thurs 8am - 16:30pm, Friday 8am - 15:30pm**

**Overview of Warehouse Administrator role**:
To ensure all administration queries, from all areas of the business, are dealt with in a timely fashion. You will be working closely with our pallet supplier CHEP. Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, you will perform general administration tasks for the factory department:
**What are your daily tasks as an Administrator at Refresco, Bridgwater?**
- Forecasting for CHEP our pallett supplier
- Checking invoices and raising POs
- Recording accurately and systematically through our systems.
- Checking orders and amending where needed.
- Support management with tasks and administration
- Liasing with central team for approvals

**Key skills**:

- Experience as an administrator ideally within a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
- Must be computer literate
- Good with Microsoft packages - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Ideally, you will have experience in an administration role or have demonstrated a strong ability to perform administrative tasks.
