We are currently operating out of a very old estate, from a large number of sites, many of which are unfit for the purpose they are being used for.


We are making significant progress with the transformation programme with construction work continuing at our new inpatient facility at Highgate East, planning permission granted and full business case approved for our first community hub at Lowther Road and designs progressing well with our second community Hub at Greenland Road (see programme update for further details).
As part of the St Pancras Transformation Team and making this vision a reality, you will work closely with the Trust Estate Teams, Clinical and non-Clinical staff and service users, you will also help to build on the strong relationships with other NHS Trusts, major developers and contractors as part of the overall programme.

Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent related construction activity
Member of appropriate building construction professional institution ie RICS or CIOB, RIBA, or equivalent
Recognised Project Management Qualification

Experience of managing multiple high value construction or refurbishment projects.
Experience of working in a similar role within an estates or facilities team
Experience of managing large capital projects that involve refurbishment or buildings that remain operational and in use during works
Management of consultants and professional teams to support delivery of capital projects
Ability to work on own initiative, be self-motivated and flexible
Ability to manage multiple projects often running in parallel, understanding priorities and allocating time effectively
