To supportenterprise, division, and subdivision risk governance forums throughthe creation and

application of standard and customizedcontent, reporting and business analytics.

Duties andResponsibilities

1. Develops and maintainsstandard and customized reporting for the enterprise and divisionalrisk teams.

2. Coordinates cross-divisional risk efforts andensures alignment with enterprise objectives and goals.

3.Drives risk forum agenda topics, and organizes and facilitatesmeetings (e.g., enterprise wide, divisional

4. Assist leadership in crafting a risk culturein Europe IT organization and encouraging self-identified risks

to surface

5. Facilitates the documentation, follow-up,and reporting on action items for enterprise and divisional risk

governance forums.

6. Ensures consistency of riskmanagement reporting approaches with the Enterprise Risk Management

Team.

7. Understands and leverages the risk managementframeworks, utilizing the concepts when analyzing

8. Supports external event trendingand tabletop scenario analysis sessions.

9. Provides guidanceand motivation, as needed, to less experienced team members.

10. Participates in special projects and performs other duties,as assigned.

11. Strong project management skills and abilityto manage multiple priorities

Qualification

  • Relatable IT experience, or working closelywith IT Delivery teams in an Agile approach
  • Undergraduatedegree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Minimum three years general business experience.
  • Familiarity with risk management theory and experience inapplying risk management

concepts.

  • Strongorganizational, communications, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Accessincluding their reporting

capabilities.

  • Theability to complete an internal risk management certification.
