We’re currently looking to hire a Solutions Strategy Associate to join Legal and General Investment Management.
DC and Retail is an important and growing business for Solutions and for Legal and General Investment Management (LGIM), the successful individual will support the team in a variety of activities and produce accurate, timely and well presented work to support our clients and deliver great outcomes
Being able to communicate complex analysis and sophisticated ideas in a concise and understandable fashion, both externally and internally, both in writing and in person
Building strong internal relationships to achieve broader and better product knowledge and to pull together the ‘best of LGIM’ for our clients
Personally practice LGIM cultural values and behaviours, ensuring the maintenance of a true OneLGIM culture and helping make LGIM a business that all can be proud to work for and would recommend to others
Demonstrate strong asset management knowledge and experience as well as knowledge of the regulatory and legislative landscape as it relates to Retail and DC pension schemes
Actuarial or equivalent investments technical background desirable
You’ll have strong delivery skills and look to manage and leverage key relationships within Investments, Distribution, the wider DC and Workplace teams and Legal and General Retirement (LGR) in order to help grow this rapidly changing business
Strong academic/professional qualifications background and/or experience gained in similar positions
Demonstrate sound, proven business and commercial judgement skills
