They are on an ambitious path, backed by significant funding, to expand their product line and scale their operations.

As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in the organisation, working closely with the CEO during an intensive recruitment phase and beyond. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, enhancing organisational processes, and ensuring the smooth functioning of their team and office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Onboarding: Develop and refine onboarding processes for seamless integration of new hires into their culture and workflows.
  • HR Functions: Oversee all HR activities including performance management, compliance, and employee engagement.
  • Financial Support: Assist with financial administration such as budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Platform Administration: Manage and optimise tools and platforms for team productivity and collaboration.
  • Office Space Management: Ensure their office environment is managed efficiently, including maintenance, security, and vendor contracts.
  • CEO Support: Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including scheduling, coordination, and management of special projects.
