Our Client commitment to diversity and inclusion is at the heart of our their company culture. Collaborate with directors, advisers, and paraplanners to deliver administrative support across all aspects of the financial planning process.
Handle the submission of new business and input data into our back-office system (Intelliflo).
Coordinate with providers to gather pertinent client, product, and fund manager information for analysis and inclusion in advice reports.
Prepare personalised illustrations, Key Features documents, product literature, etc., Provide technical support regarding income drawdown and demonstrate knowledge of income and capital gains tax.
Conduct annual reviews, including documentation preparation and task management, while maintaining client service levels.
Work collaboratively within the administration team supporting all advisers and paraplanners.:

Previous experience in a financial planning environment is necessary.
High level of administrative knowledge in regulated Financial Planning.
