She actively serves as a Board Officer with Mine 4 GOD Productions (Ohio) and Vice-President PTSA Grace Snell Middle School (Georgia).
She is self motivated with strong planning, organizational, creative and interpersonal skills – demonstrating outstanding leadership while maintaining a clear sense of purpose. She has more than 18 years training and development, business management, supervisory and human services experience; more than 13 years of experience as a Life Skills & Career Coach; and more than 11 years of experience as a mentor and advocate to youth, teenagers, adults, and families with diverse backgrounds and barriers.
Her goal is to work with individuals using her vast experience with education and mentoring by discovery, awareness, goal-setting, and choice – effectively empowering them to find their own answers, encouraging and supporting them on the path as they continue to make important life, family, education, and career goals. She also plans to focus on family dynamics in relation to literacy and, in particular, working with parents to help them develop relationships with their children’s teachers and create a literacy-rich home environment that includes positive and enriching communications between both.
