Job Title: Senior Onboarding and Implementation Specialist

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Analyze prospect/customer requirements to determine optimal product/solution fit.
  • Provide product knowledge support to prospects/customers.
  • Determine ideal product/solution configurations.
  • Utilize practical experience and knowledge on Salesforce/ Zoho/ Any CRM platform (Preferably Salesforce).
  • Hold Salesforce Admin certification and possess practical experience in custom developments using Apex and LWC.
  • Design scalable solutions using integrations, flows, and APIs.
  • Actively drive and manage the onboarding process with customers.
  • Articulate the company’s technology and product portfolio to both business and technical users.
  • Provide technical consultancy, assistance, and guidance during the onboarding process.
  • Identify customer’s technical and business requirements, design solutions, and consult with technical teams.
  • Support business sales teams on proposal activities.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills with experience working with clients across the globe (US, UK, Asia).
  • Salesforce Developer Certification with practical coding knowledge.
  • Salesforce Admin and Developer certifications are a plus.
  • Experience working in product-based companies.
  • Familiarity with startup culture, especially SaaS-based startups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions and deliver compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
  • Ensure solutions align with client requirements and best practices.
  • Manage the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s.
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process.
  • Liaise with Product Managers to provide client feedback about product requirements.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor landscapes.

Key Result Areas:

  • Successful Onboarding and Implementation within stipulated timelines.
  • Positive feedback from customers.
  • Compliance with process to ensure necessary documents/artifacts are captured.
  • Timely follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders to prevent work delays.
