Scope
We are looking for a technical business analyst to translate business needs into technical and functional requirements and excellent understanding of complex data and good understanding of databases. This is a great opportunity to work with an experienced and highliy skilled development team with a new product and fast moving environment.


Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the business and development teams.
Analyze and transform high-level business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Defining scope of the sprint and keeping the team aware of progress to complete the planned work.
Recommend procedural and business process workflow changes, improvements, and program modifications to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Understand and anticipate business needs and proactively address them.
Review and assist with the implementation of system procedures necessitated by the introduction of new products, policy changes, and system software enhancements and maintenance.
Conducts Sprint Planning to define scope, groom the backlog with the IT Product Manager and the team and define the Release plan
Supports the prioritization, software development and delivery of user stories within the sprints for each program increment, and validates the user stories against acceptance criteria.
Managing the development team
Strong analytical, problem solving and diagnostic skills.
Top notch organizational skills and ability to work within processes.


Skills And Qualifications
~5 years+ of experience in a technical Business Analyst role.
~ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field a distinct advantage
~ Solid understanding of multi-tiered technology solutions with experience in end-to-end design and development of comprehensive solutions for integration with multiple applications and third-party vendors
~ Hands on experience as a technical business/systems analyst with proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
~ Experience managing development teams
~ Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
~ Team player
~ Good time-management skills
~ Great interpersonal and communication skills
