This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Insight Analyst to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation where data is at the heart of every decision. You’ll act as a key analytical partner to teams across the business — from finance and marketing to eCommerce and operations — helping them unlock opportunities, improve performance, and shape strategic decisions.THE ROLE AND RESPONSBILITIES:Act as a trusted data partner, supporting cross-functional teams with insights that drive business performance.Analyse large, complex datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and efficiencies across logistics, inventory, marketing, and sales.Translate findings into actionable insights through compelling data storytelling and visualisation.Support financial planning and performance reporting with data-led analysis on revenue, margin, and cost trends.Deliver pricing, profitability, and cost-to-serve analytics to inform strategic decision-making.Partner with senior leaders to shape the roadmap for data adoption and continuous improvement.Champion data-driven thinking, helping colleagues interpret and utilise data effectively.Work hands-on with tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Python to enhance and automate analytical workflows.YOUR SKILLS:Strong background in analytics, insight, or business intelligence roles — ideally within a wholesale, retail, or distribution environment.High proficiency in SQL and Excel for data extraction and manipulation.Experience using Power BI or Tableau for dashboards and visualisation.Familiarity with Python (pandas, numpy) for advanced analytics and automation.Commercially focused mindset with the ability to connect data to business impact.Confident communicator who can explain complex insights to non-technical audiences.Experience working with large datasets and ERP or CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Google Analytics) is advantageous.Curious, collaborative, and proactive — able to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.HOW TO APPLY:Apply by sending your CV to Joe by the link below
