Associate - Real Estate - Asset Management

Job Description We are working with a leading Real Estate Fund to find them a top-tier Investment Associate. Our client has a successful track record of delivering strong returns and invests across a broad range of Real Estate assets.
The Investment Associate will be involved in all parts of the investment process, from initial screening and due diligence to transaction execution and portfolio management.
Build and maintain complex financial models for deal analysis and portfolio monitoring.
Assist in the management and monitoring of existing portfolio companies as well as the preparation of investment committee memos and presentations.
Prepare quarterly reviews and reports on portfolio company performance and market conditions.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field from a highly reputable university
Minimum of two years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or Real Estate Investing.
Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modelling and analysis are essential.
