- Qualified teacher with at least three years’ experience across at least two phases in the primary sector.
- Evidence of continuous professional development with particular reference to SEND.
- Experience of leading a team of teachers/support staff on a curriculum initiative/aspect.
- Experience of working with a range of other agencies/professionals.
- Experience of budget management.
- Experience of leading CPD for teachers/support staff.
- Experience of working alongside other teachers in the development of teaching and learning, offering advice and support.
- Experience of setting targets and monitoring, evaluating and recording progress.
