Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets with precision and passion.
Align sales strategies with company goals, and provide insights to shape product development, commercial strategies, and marketing initiatives.
Market Intelligence and Positioning: Stay ahead of the game by understanding market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Reporting and Analytics: Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and report on sales performance, market conditions, and progress against targets. Your analytical skills will help the business achieve further greatness.
Experience: Over 10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Your experience in managing complex sales cycles and high-value contracts with multinational clients is invaluable.
Leadership: You’re a natural leader with exceptional people management skills. A deep understanding of the payroll or HR technology space is essential. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Your strong analytical skills enable you to interpret data and make informed decisions.
