The IT department at Kaspersky UK is responsible for all IT provision for both Kaspersky UK and the Kaspersky European Office based at the site. This includes not only computer equipment and software but also audio-visual and telephone equipment.
This position requires an excellent knowledge of IT systems and someone with 3 years plus IT helpdesk or IT System Administration experience. The role is based at our office in Paddington, London, during the working week from Monday to Friday between 9am to 5.Out of hours work will be needed occasionally to maintain the infrastructure of the network.

Information Systems and Services are headed in the UK by the IT Group manager. This incorporates server and desktop support, audio visual services, and general technical support.

Hardware - and Software – maintenance onsite and remotely
Answering helpdesk phone calls, creation/resolution ticket in ITSM tool
Provide first line support on Sys Admin Tasks (MS Active Directory administration, including user creation, passwords)
Cross location IT Support on EU level as well as close co-operation with our Head Office.
IT daily jobs (acceptance of support requests; to deliver support to staff in the UK office based in Paddington, London and across Europe.
User Training

Android mobile

Client Software used includes:
Windows 10 Workstation
MS Office, Chrome, Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop, Kaspersky AV and endpoint security

Specific education and experience in ICT field (Informational Technician, Telecommunication or similar)
In-depth knowledge and experience of supporting MS Windows OS.
Experience of basic Windows Server (AD administration, including user creation, passwords etc.)
Knowledge and some experience of IP networks (Routing, Firewall)
Microsoft Certification welcome
ITIL Knowledge as well as basics and first experiences in Project Management would be an advantage
