Agilent's Vacuum Product Division with headquarter in Turin, Italy, is one of the world's leading manufacturers of high and ultra-high vacuum pumps, vacuum measurement, and helium leak detection equipment, supplying Original Equipment Manufacturers and end users in life science, analytical instrumentation, surface coating, medical accelerators, electron microscopy, and semiconductor industries as well as leading research institutes and universities.

Role And Responsibilities:

This is an Area Account manager’s role to broaden Agilent’s reach in the dedicated geographical area and increase market share.

  • Full coverage of a dedicated sales territory within the sales team
  • Primary point of contact representing Agilent’s Vacuum Product Division to customers
  • Developing customer relationships managing accounts assuring Agilent is preferred/ strategic partner
  • Growing sales and meeting appropriate targets
  • Expansion of market share among existing customers and the successful acquisition of new customers with focus to build newly valuable business opportunities
  • Technical advice and goal-oriented assistance on the entire product range of the Vacuum Product Division
  • In this role you are reporting directly to the Country Sales Manager
Qualifications
  • University degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, physics or equivalent
  • Knowledge in vacuum products and applications is an advantage but not crucial
  • Multifaceted, confident, and sales-oriented communication skills
  • Track record of selling technical products
  • Dedicated and passionate work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A creative, problem-solving attitude to resolving issues and meeting targets
