IT and digitization officer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced IT and Digitalization Officer (m/f/d) to join our dynamic Stadtwerke team. As the central point of contact for all IT issues, you will also be responsible for the central management of service providers (administration) and information security. You will identify and evaluate digital technologies and tools that are relevant to the company and take the lead on implementation projects to introduce and integrate these technologies
You implement and monitor security measures to protect the company's digital assets and data and in this context are prepared to take on the position of Information Security Officer (ISMS / Asset Management)
You will manage the central system administration with our service providers, maintain the IT infrastructure including servers, networks and workstations and provide technical support for employees within the company.
You will be responsible for software management, licence administration and provide support with process optimization and change management.
We expect a completed apprenticeship or degree in computer science, information technology or comparable qualifications as well as relevant professional experience in IT administration and support or similar areas.
Sound knowledge of system administration (Windows and/or Linux), network technologies, security standards and data protection regulations is desirable.
Very good communication skills, technical analysis skills and a solution-oriented way of working are helpful in order to be able to master creative solutions for the complex challenges together with the employees.
