An exciting opportunity has become available with our prestigious client who is a prominent government department. The client is seeking an experienced Senior Application Analyst NEC to join their welcoming team.
The Senior Application Analyst NEC Role :
The role of the Senior Applications Analyst will be to support and assist in the provision of technical support and documentation for Service Charges & Major works to include billing and reconcilliation within NEC Housing.
Reconciliation of Major Works and Service Charge information to produce bills as per the billing cycle.
Support project work as a subject matter expert enabling projects to be delivered on time and to the required quality.
What the Senior Application Analyst NEC Will Need:
- Experience of Service Charges billing and reconcilliation within NEC Housing
- Experience of writing SQL for Oracle database scripting
- Experience of formulas in Excel spreadsheets
- Experience of investigating, troubleshooting, resolving day to day help desk calls pertaining to NEC
- Understanding and knowledge of data tables and reporting tool used with NEC
- Experience of Northgate data loaders and batch processes
- Support the application release and deployment management process so that all phases are undertaken before release into production
- Install and configure software upgrades and provide on-going technical maintenance and usage support of business applications
- Provide on-going technical maintenance and usage support of business applications
- Specify, implement, install and configure new third party business applications to ensure that the solutions meet the needs of the service area, liaising with project managers and suppliers where necessary
- Understand the security threats posed by/to applications that are accessible via the internet, devising and implementing security measures
