As an Associate Business Analyst at Equus Software, you will be part of the Global Client Success team. You will do this by supporting a team of business and senior business analysts. You will assist the team in providing solutions through the onboarding of the Equus Workforce Solutions which require ongoing technical configuration, troubleshooting, replication of application issues, testing of system upgrades, as well as keeping current on the most recent application enhancements.

This position will be on a hybrid work set-up
Able to perform requirement analysis, configuration, testing and issue resolution.
Decipher technical client build document requirements by writing test plans and test cases for quality assurance and user acceptance, including conducting QA testing and reporting results.
Gain exposure to Equus products and client projects; May at times participate in a quarterly live chat rotation with other team members to provide exceptional service to our clients who are requesting online help.
Seek out information about the global mobility industry and software industries and apply that knowledge to day-to-day activities
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline from an accredited college/university
Efficiently handle data-intensive and time-sensitive tasks
Technical background with understanding and/or experience in software development and/or web technology.
Required: experience with multiple software and system-based applications; Microsoft Office applications
Advanced excel knowledge, desired but not required.
Structured query language writing / SQL Server Management Studio understanding
