ESG Module Business Analyst Rate: £693.8 Canada Square – London – 1/2 days in the office
HSBC are currently searching for a ESG Module Business Analyst to join their team in London who shall be a key role within Wholesale Credit & Lending Sustainability to deliver a new ESG Module and embed its usage across the relevant business functions.

as-is business processes, perform gap analysis, define to-be processes as required;
with test team / carry out user testing to ensure that final product meets requirements;
to training and communication materials;
as a Business Analyst in the complex limit lending domain with a firm understanding of the associated end to end lending application, approval and maintenance processes;
~ an ability to interpret complex lending documentation and processes to extract key data points, and apply these to a structured data model;
~ an ability to work at a high level of numeracy in order to assess the robustness and accuracy of margin rules being delivered by the vendor tool in UAT;
~ years of Business & Systems Analysis, Requirements Management;
~ of working with disparate teams and resources located remotely;
~ ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors;
~ IT skills, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc as well as JIRA and Confluence.
