Facilities and Operations Officer

ShakeiiShakeii is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our three vibrant stores. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our team and drive success across our Retail, Beverages, Desserts, and Quick-Service Food sections. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-unit food and beverage management .
Job Overview
ShakeiiShakeii is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to lead and optimize our multi-store beverage and food service business. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence across our three locations, ensuring seamless performance, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
~ Manage day-to-day operations of three ShakeiiShakeii stores, ensuring optimal performance and profitability
~ Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
~ Lead and motivate a team of store managers and staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations
~ Oversee inventory management, including purchasing, stock control, and waste reduction
~ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies
~ Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
~ Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute promotional initiatives
~ Manage budgets and financial performance for all three stores
~ Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve any customer complaints or issues
~ Continuously improve menu offerings and product quality across all sections (retail, beverages, desserts, and hot food)
Requirements
~ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
~ Minimum 5-10 years of experience working in the food service industry
~ Proven track record in food and beverage management, particularly in a multi-unit supervisory role
~ Experience in retail operations management especially Oriental / East Asian Grocery
~ Strong leadership and team management skills
~ Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control
~ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
~ Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems
~ Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes
~ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
~ In-depth knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, particularly in desserts and hot food sectors
~ Experience in menu development and food cost control
~ Understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes
~ Analytical skills for evaluating sales data and key performance indicators
~ Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations
~ Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Certifications
~ Food safety certification and / or Personal Alcohol Licence
~ Relevant industry certifications in hospitality or food service management

Operational Efficiency : Increase table turnover rates and optimize staff productivity across all stores Quality Control : Maintain high food quality standards and consistently positive customer feedback
Inventory Management : Improve inventory turnover rates and reduce waste percentage
Customer Satisfaction : Achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and positive online reviews
Team Development : Reduce staff turnover and improve employee satisfaction metrics
Sales Growth : Consistently increase average ticket size and overall sales across all product categories
Compliance : Ensure all stores meet or exceed health and safety standards during inspections
Innovation : Implement new processes or technologies that improve operational efficiency or customer experience
Brand Consistency : Maintain a consistent brand experience across all three locations while adapting to local market needs
