We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at Dexters Estate Agent Group. This role is based in Hampton Hill and reports directly to the Facilities Manager.
The estimated salary for this position is £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining overall standards in all offices by providing first-line facilities helpdesk support.
Key responsibilities include managing maintenance assistants' workload and schedules, coordinating delivery of facilities operational activities, and assisting with planned maintenance and repairs. You will also ensure offices meet health and safety requirements and comply with relevant legislation.
To succeed in this role, you will require experience in a fast-paced facilities team, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a team environment, we encourage you to apply.
